Ceroc, for people like myself that don’t know, is a “stylish, jive-based modern partner dance” and you can now learn to dance it every Monday at Tally Ho Sports Centre, Pershore Road, Birmingham, from 7.45pm.

If you have never danced before, you will be Cerocing by the end of your first lesson. It can be danced to any kind of music and no special clothes are needed. You do not need to bring a partner as out teaching method ensures that everyone mixes together.
