Dance Links training in Birmingham

by Nicky Getgood on July 13, 2009

Youth Dance England has secured DCMS funding to continue to develop the Dance Links national programme. Dance Links has two main threads – training dance practitioners to deliver dance in and out of school and the Dance Activity Programmes for young people taking place in each region.

The training element of Dance Links is being organised and led by the NDTA, who are delivering Dance Links training 2009/10 as a two day residential course.  The Birmingham residential is on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 September (venue tbc).  Places are £75 each, including meals and accommodation.

All practitioners taking part in the course will need to set-up a placement for themselves in a school or educational setting.  Closing Date for Applications is 12 noon on Friday 14 August 2009
